The process throughout the construction industry in regard to exterior product replacement is outdated. With our changing designs in a moving market and partnerships with supply houses and manufacturers, and independent contractors; we have moved the financial burden back from its rising cost of replacements and repairs.
We support our local communities' tradesmen, small business, US industries. Our employees are working in the region in which they live and raise their families. Our company's problem-solving formula is based on our seasoned personnel, young innovators all conglobating to find the best answers. More often than not, the right answers are found after asking pretty simple questions.​
The housing market will take decades to meet the needs of our great country's population, and in the meantime we all need to protect the maintenance costs of our existing housing infrastructure for generations to come.

Terms and Conditions
Please read all terms and conditions on this page. Any and all purchases are subject to these terms and conditions.
Ordering - All ordering is done through this website/ or secure invoicing through the website platform base with security functions provided by Wix and other payment processing companies.
Scheduling - All scheduling for ordered products is designed on a two day structure to start the upcoming stage of product order. All completion dates are subject to project design scope and degree of difficulty factors.
Communication - All binding communication done through email. All other forms of communication are considered speculative.
Order of operations - Orders are purchased for each stage of a project before the execution of stages requirements.
Independant Warranties - These warranties are to follow their own terms and conditions separate from this page's terms and conditions.
Above contract billing agreement - This contractual agreement is that unforeseen issues in size and scope of needed work to complete the contractor's scope of work, will be billed above contract price and follow the pay scale and rate average within the local area.
Returns and Refunds - Any material refunds requested by the client before and use or instillation will be done so at the clients financial penalty of the suppliers restocking fee and a 15% retainment fee for Sapere Aude Investments LLC. Any labor cancelation at the clients request will refund labor funds to/by the rate of completed work and a 15% retainment fee for Sapere Aude Investments LLC, For any reason Sapere Aude has rights to pull and/or replace crews for quality, safety, or completion concerns relating to contractors agreed mandated codes of compliance.
Contractors Repair Agreement - Contractors will investigate and preform repairs attempting to stop or slow water related issues or secure safety factor issues and give a bid for a long-term repair or assessment of the situation. Completion pictures will be included in clients close out email. No repairs will have any warranties unless part of a second stage repair bid with written provision included.
Insurance Claims - Sapere Aude Investment LLC, or any other contractors dealing with this company will not directly deal with any insurance claims. Unless written in another agreement document outlining all parties responsibilities.
Contractors System Replacement Performance Agreement - Contractors will bid, bill, according to the material project needs and preform the material instillation to the manufacture's guidelines, to the best available spec. for project guidelines and project landscape and according to the systems spec sheets.
Material/Product Warranties - These will follow the expressed language and terms of the manufacture. A material warranty date will be given at material ordering stage, along with the projected lifespan of the system.
On-site Personnel - Will act in the best interest of the projects completion and safety and quality. Any reporting and viewpoint of this position is that of party neutrality. Scheduling is based on clients needs and requests.
Sapere Aude Investments LLC's Liability - is acting in the compacity of a consultant. designing the timeline and ordering processing of exterior construction. Sapere Aude Investments LLC makes no promises of condition and quality or performance of materials or labor during any of these projects. All other parties assume all liabilities according to their rolls.
